Separate public verifier

Independent replay from the exported evidence alone.

This verifier does not receive the simulator's browser state and does not call the simulator. Load a JSON evidence receipt exported by the VaultMind public demo. This page reconstructs the disclosed scenario, recomputes integrity, and determines whether the recorded outcome follows the published demonstration rules.

Independent replay

Load an exported evidence receipt

The only input is the file you provide here. No hidden state from the originating demo is available to this verifier.

Evidence package

Choose a demonstration receipt

No evidence loaded.

Try altering a downloaded receipt before loading it here. A changed protected field without a matching digest must fail integrity verification.

Reconstruction
WAITING

Load an exported demo receipt to reconstruct the historical determination.

What this establishes

A bounded public proof, not the production verifier.

Integrity

Recomputes the canonical SHA-256 digest over the exported protected evidence.

Reconstruction

Rebuilds the disclosed current-condition result and expected COMMIT, HOLD, or REFUSE determination from the evidence package.

Historical consistency

Checks whether the recorded finality and explanation are consistent with the independently reconstructed demonstration result.

Disclosure boundary: The public demonstration verifier is intentionally separate from VaultMind's proprietary production verification architecture. It independently reconstructs this demonstration from the exported evidence package using the published challenge rules. It does not expose or reproduce the production enforcement, trust-root, currentness, or verification mechanisms.

Can your consequential workflow be established this way?

Bring one consequential workflow. VaultMind will subject the claim to adversarial questioning and identify what can and cannot be established. Your existing controls can pass. VaultMind does not have to be the remediation.
